Cordoba 2019

Málaga is considered by many to be the capital of Costa de sol (sun cost). In the midsts of its history lie beautiful beaches with a temperate, Mediterranean climate. Before chilling in the Mediterranean sea we got to see the birthplace of Pablo Picasso.His paintings were some of the most expensive ever sold. He was one of the few famous artists to be alive to see his paintings be sold for so much money. A true living legend. Pablo Picasso nació en Málaga en el lugar de la estatua en el foto con Kyndra y yo. Las pinturas de Picasso son unos de los pinturas mas caros en el mundo. Era una leyenda en vivo. Malaga esta ubicada en el Costa del sol y era el capital del costa del sol. Hay una clima temporada y mediterráneo , a lado de el mar Mediterráneo. 

Known as the "bright city" to muslims. While it was a palace for its residents, it served as a military administration site . It was commissioned by the first Caliph from Córdoba, Abd- al- Rahman III. El primer Caliph de Córdoba que se llama Abd al- Rahman IIIha formado esta sitio. Fue un palacio para los residentes, pero también es para el admisoracion del ejército.

Music is an expression of deep and profound emotion. Dance is interpretive and puts the emotion from the music into visual imagery. Flamenco comes from the depths of peoples souls and shows us the true pain they are feeling from within. It is both sad and a beautiful expression of self.  Flamenco reflects on turbulent times in Spanish history. When Spain was under Franco's dictatorship, when the gypsies arrived, and the romantic era.  La musica es un arte de emociones profundo. La baila es una vista visual de los emociones presentan en la música. Flamenco es un arte que es de los almas de personas que sufren mucho. Es una expresión de la tristeza y es muy bonita. Hay tres temas históricas de Flamenco. La dictadora de Franco, La llegada de los Gypsies, y la época romántica. 

Una de los pueblos mas bonitos en Andalucía. Cuando estábamos escalando el montaña en los fotos, aprendimos un poco del historia del pueblo. Priego, un pueblo en el providencia Córdoba fue construido de los Moors (los musulmanes que ha muerto en el inquisition) pero los reyes católicos conquistaron la ciudad. As we took one of the most beautiful, all be it tiring, hikes up the mountain pictured below. We learned a little bit about Priego's history. Priego is a town in the providence Córdoba. Not to be confused with Córdoba, the capital city of Córdoba where we lived.  Originally built by the moors, the town was eventually conquered by Christians.

Alhambra Palace- Palacio Real de Granada El hogar de la familia real de Granada en el siglo 13. En el siglo 13 , 14 , y 15 funciona como una forulaza militarizo. Mucho de los torres funcionaron como torres de defensa. During the 13th 14th and 15th centuries, the Alhambra operated like a military base with towers of defense. It was later a home for the royal family and noblemen of Spain.

This mosque represent of the period of religious coexistence in early Spain. Catholic rule has fought to remove evidence of there ever being an inquisition in Spain. While the Catholics have done what they can to "purify" the people of Spain , there was a time when Christians, Muslims, and Jews could peacefully coexist in Spain. In the early days, Muslims would actually allow Christians to come into the Mosque to pray. King Ferdinand III ordered that the mosque be converted into a Catholic Cathedral, so now we see a Cathedral inside the mosque as pictured below, but much of the original Mosque still remains.
